Hamed Diallo - Rochester to Carolina
Gregor, Harrison, Walker and Diallo on the move this weekDiallo is an experienced forward who played most of his career in Europe. He was a member of the 2000 Ivory Coast National team that participated in the African Cup in Ghana. In his first season in the USL with the Rochester Rhinos in 2007 he was named team MVP and tallied nine goals and two assists in 18 games played. One of his nine goals last season was against the RailHawks when he slotted one past Chris McClellan in stoppage time in Rochester last June. He received French Division 2 striker of the year honors in 1999 with Laval scoring 22 goals and in 2002 with Amiens scoring 20.
Hamed Diallo will most likely make his WakeMed Soccer Park Debut on Friday July 18th as the RailHawks take on the Puerto Rico Islanders at 7:30 PM at WakeMed Soccer Park. Then on Sunday, July 20th the RailHawks welcome Mexican First Division’s Rayados de Monterrey in the second edition of the Copa Tecate at WakeMed Soccer Park at 4:00 PM.
“We are extremely excited to have a player of Diallo’s ability and quality join the RailHawks,” said RailHawks Head coach Scott Schweitzer. “He’s an experienced player whose speed will help our attack minded offense. He will give us the ability to be more lethal as we continue our quest for the USL-1 Championship.”

Andrew Gregor - Portland to Rochester
Gregor a 5-11, 160 pound midfielder has 45 career goals and 34 assists (124 points) in eleven USL seasons with Portland and Seattle. In addition, the four-time all-league player has had two stints in Major League Soccer registering four career assists with the Columbus Crew (10 games in 1998) and the Kansas City Wizards (13 games in 2001).
Gregor’s career highlights include helping lead the Seattle Sounders to the 2005 USL First Division championship. He also captained the United States to a bronze medal in the 1997 World University Games.

Chase Harrison - Rochester to Portland
Harrison, 24, joined Rochester last season after playing his rookie season with Real Salt Lake of MLS in 2006. With Rochester in 2007, the Huntington, W.V., native assembled a 7-5-6 record, a 1.28 goals-against average and two shutouts in 18 matches. He has not made an appearance with Rochester this season.

Sounders visit Rochester Friday on FSC
The Rochester Rhinos were the toast of the USL First Division, but the Seattle Sounders in the past few years have built on their legacy, arguably leaving the Rhinos in their shadow. On Friday, the defending league champions will visit Rochester in their second meeting of the season on Fox Soccer Channel at 8:00 pm ET
